What is Metatarsalgia?
My foot doctor told me the other day, just wanted to know what it was.
2 points here I think that need to be addressed:
1- If you walk away from a health professional, being blasted with jargon, then ask them what it means and what it means to you.
Many health professionals get away with that and it bugs me to no end. If they are running late then they haven't effectively managed their time. And what is late anyway- 5 minutes, 10 mins...wow.
2- Metatarsalgia means foot pain...that's it. But I haven't used the term in ages because something has always caused it- a small twist, Arthritis etc. So searching for a solution, trying to find where the problems came from at the start will help. Prevention is always better than cure.
