Painful callous

my heel

Hi! For approsmately 13 years I have had this thing on my Right inner heel.. it started with a stinging foot at work in a nursing home turned into a blister that night and recently starting to really bother me. I get pains in the middle of it, it hurts to even touch it and there are brown spots in it that seem to be coming more often.. I went to the Dr a couple of weeks ago thinking it was a plantar wart and he zapped it with Nitrogen Oxide, he said he thought it was just a callous and to use those foot stones after bathing, which I do and its still there! And to top it off it still feels the same as before! Ugh.. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :)

It is hard to figure out what it is. It has the look of a wart but also callus :)

It might be rubbing on something, so check footwear, how you walk. Check inside all shoes and see if there is a wear mark around that area. It looks like it is getting a lot of pressure upon that area- hence the white center and black dots (burst blood vessels under the skin)

It might be too much for the pumice to handle, you probably need to go to a Podiatrist/ Chiropodist to have it managed and then for you to keep on top of it.
